Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost
- Orders valued under $500 incur a flat $15 shipping fee.
- Orders over $500 are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Destination
- We ship worldwide; however, certain countries may face temporary restrictions due to political reasons.
Order Delivery Time
- We aim to deliver your order within 14 days. Delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete order forms or missing release forms and prescriptions.
- Illegible order forms.
- Inaccurate or incomplete credit card information. Ensure all fields in the online form are completed, including credit card number and expiration date.
- Unsigned mailed forms.
- International transaction blocks imposed by credit card companies. Contact your credit card provider beforehand to remove any restrictions.
- Insufficient funds on the credit card used for payment.
- Payments via certified check or US money order requiring additional financial clearance time.
- Unforeseen delays with international shipping, especially during peak holiday periods or extreme weather conditions.
Order Delay Protocol
- If your order does not arrive within 28 days from the confirmation of shipment, we will resend it at no additional cost. If both shipments eventually arrive, the duplicate will be considered a complimentary gift.
Exceptions
- Delays caused by:
- Providing incorrect shipping information at the time of order.
- Refusal of delivery.
- Packages returned to the postal outlet for pickup.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled without charges or penalties until they are prepared for shipment. Once shipped, cancellation or refund requests are not possible.
Product Returns
- Product returns are not accepted. For issues, contact customer service for assistance.
Refund Process Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Misrepresentation of product packaging at the time of order.
- Package arriving damaged.
- Product found ineffective during initial use.
- Retain all products until receiving further instructions from us.
- Refund options include:
- Replacement product.
- Full refund.
- Store credit for the item.
